How do I find out about availability and prices ? -retour
Availability varies depending on the time of year and conference periods. We eagerly await your call in order to quickly answer all your questions about availability and price.
Are there low and high seasons ? -retour
Conferences as well as the period between June and September are considered high season. All other times are considered low season.
Is it true that the price lowers the longer I stay ? -retour
Yes, monthly rates are lower than weekly rates. Staying two or three weeks in our beautiful town of Cannes is financially to your advantage.
Does the number of people staying in the apartment or villa affect the rental rate ? -retour
The number of people does not change the price of the rental.
We advise you to choose a villa or apartment that is appropriate for the number of people who are planning to stay.
How is my apartment or villa equipped ? -retour
It is difficult to give an exact and complete inventory for each apartment and villa, but we try our best to choose each property carefully in order to assure your maximum comfort.
You will always find the basic necessities: T.V., table and sofa in the living/dining area, kitchen equipped with dishes and utensils, bedrooms with beds and closets or cupboards…
What is the minimum length of stay ? -retour
If you are coming to Cannes for business, you must rent for the entire length of your conference. Guests other than those coming for a conference have a minimum required stay of one week.
Certain periods, like the month of August, are more difficult to arrange and therefore often demand a two week stay minimum.
Summer stays that cross over into the following month - for example the last week of July and the first week of August - are often difficult to organize : please contact us if you think that this may be your situation.

For all of our business clients at Cannes, we try our hardest to be very flexible about the arrival and departure times. Please consult us for more information; we will try our best to find a solution.
Can five people rent a studio ? -retour
In order to respect the property that the owners trust us with, we do not want to “overfill” any given property.
Please review the descriptions and choose an apartment or villa with the appropriate number of beds. Or simply contact us; we are more than happy to help you pick and choose for the best solution.
In some cases, we can add fold-out beds but you must advise us before your arrival.
What about pets ? -retour
Some of our owners do not want pets in their properties. Therefore it is necessary to specify, at the time of reservation, your intention to bring a favorite animal.
Our team will orient you towards an appropriate type of rental (a ground-floor apartment with a garden, for example). A deposit must be made, as well.
How far is the Nice airport from Cannes? What are the best means of transportation ? -retour
The airport Nice-Côte d’Azur is 20 miles from Cannes. The trip takes around 30 minutes.
You can choose between four different means of transportation:
- You can take a cab (about 80 €)
- You can choose a limo (see our V.I.P. services), expecting you at the airport
- There is also a regular helicopter service during Festivals and summer. Basically it is a 6 minute flight (about 100 €). Several companies. (contact us)
- There’s also a bus leaving every 30 minutes (12 €). The final stop in Cannes is 4 minutes’ walk from our agency.
What are the dates and times of arrival and departure ? -retour
We will be present for your arrival at your convenience. Simply communicate to us the exact date and time of your arrival.
Rentals can thus begin on a Saturday, a Sunday, or any other day of the week.
In general, check-out is in the morning. Depending on the period, it is sometimes possible to leave later in the day. It is, of course, always necessary to give us all of your details.
Where do I pick up the keys to my rental ? -retour
Depending on the number of people in your party, we will prepare the necessary number of sets. With few exceptions, the arrival rendezvous will be at our agency in Cannes, at 13 rue Louis Blanc.
A member of our team will be waiting for you and will accompany you to your residence. If necessary, we will explain how various appliances and other electronics work. Then we will leave you the keys and wish you an excellent stay !

Most of the villas and apartments have phone lines. We mention it in the description of each apartment.
You can therefore connect to the Internet to use the World Wide Web or simply check your email. If the apartment you chose does not have a telephone, contact us and we will attempt to find you a solution.
